Rob is a qualified Auto-Electrician and Heavy-Diesel Mechanic.

 

Rob completed his Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship while living in Kalgoorlie working in the Transport industry as well as Mining. In 2012 Rob made the move to Geraldton where he started working in the Marine industry.

Rob has built a strong reputation on trust and attentive customer service providing an extremely high standard of diagnosis and repair of mechanics. Rob has extensive training on the following:

Rob loves playing his guitar and drums when he can and loves trying to spend family time exploring the WA coast and completing jobs along the way of course!

Larissa is a passionate Business Manager with a proven track record in steering the helm of our family’s thriving heavy duty diesel mechanical business. Collaborating closely with my husband, I blend industry knowledge to drive growth, optimize operations, and foster enduring partnerships. Committed to sustainability and innovation within the fisheries and transport sector. 

With a developing understanding of both technical intricacies and client needs, Larissa is passionate about tailoring generator solutions for TMM Power that drive success across various industries.

Ethan first joined the team for work experience in 2022, where he quickly impressed us with his enthusiasm, strong work ethic and natural aptitude for mechanics.

After completing Year 11, he officially started with Taylor Mechanical & Marine as our first-year apprentice in 2023 and has since grown into a skilled and valued member of the team.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing the job right, Ethan takes pride in producing quality workmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water, with diving, boating and travelling among his many passions.

​

His dedication, attention to detail and willingness to continually learn make him an important part of the TMM team.

Seb joined the team after building his experience in the agricultural mechanical industry and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge and a positive attitude that never goes unnoticed.

 

Known around the workshop as "Smiley Seb", he is always quick with a grin and enjoys being part of the team.

Outside of work, Seb is actively involved with Marine Rescue, combining his mechanical skills with his passion for being on the water. When he’s not helping others or working on engines, you’ll likely find him planning his next adventure, as he loves travelling and exploring new places.

Isaac joined the team in 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the workshop. With a genuine interest in mechanics, he enjoys spending his weekends tinkering with cars and motorbikes and is always keen to expand his knowledge and skills.

​

Isaac has a great attitude towards learning and continues to develop his abilities through hands-on experience and guidance from the team.

 

His willingness to get involved and strong work ethic have seen him learn a great deal in a short time, and we look forward to watching him continue to grow in the industry.

Tom joined the team in 2026 as a first-year apprentice and has quickly settled into workshop life. With a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, he is developing his skills through hands-on experience and guidance from the team.

As he begins his career in the mechanical industry, Tom is building a strong foundation and embracing every opportunity to learn. We look forward to supporting his growth and watching him develop into a skilled tradesman in the years ahead.

Coming from a fishing family, Riley has strong ties to the local crayfishing industry, with plenty of time spent aboard his family boat. He works after school, lending a hand with all sorts of jobs around the workshop and keeping the team on their toes.

Outside of work, Riley represents Geraldton as part of the local Buccaneers Basketball team. With a great attitude and a willingness to get stuck in, Riley is a valued member of the TMM team and is gaining plenty of hands-on experience along the way.

Jane is an important part of the team, working in the office one day a week and helping wherever needed. Whether it's assisting with parts, office administration or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, she is always willing to lend a hand and tackle any task that comes her way.

Being apart of a local crayfishing family, Jane has strong ties to the marine industry and understands the importance of supporting the businesses and communities that make up the Midwest. Outside of work, she is heavily involved in the polocrosse community and enjoys spending time around horses and participating in the sport she is passionate about.
