Rob is a qualified Auto-Electrician and Heavy-Diesel Mechanic.

Rob completed his Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship while living in Kalgoorlie working in the Transport industry as well as Mining. In 2012 Rob made the move to Geraldton where he started working in the Marine industry.

Collaborating closely with my husband, I blend industry knowledge to drive growth, optimize operations, and foster enduring partnerships. Committed to sustainability and innovation within the fisheries and transport sector. 

With a developing understanding of both technical intricacies and client needs, Larissa is passionate about tailoring generator solutions for TMM Power that drive success across various industries.

Kirsty is the definition of an all-rounder who started with us in April 2021. Her scope covers all areas of the business including warranty, parts and service. Specialising in Human Resources, Kirsty also coordinates all the teams training, handles the policies/procedures and employee contracts. In her spare time, Kirsty will be exploring Geraldton and surroundings with her two young kids.

Matty is our second year apprentice who has an impressive career as a Marine Engineer. Starting with us in October 2022, Matty has his MED2 and is also working towards his MED1. Another one with a love for the marine industry who spends a lot of spare time down at the beach surfing, camping or fishing with his family and mates.

Coming to us for work experience in 2022 Ethan displayed a keen aptitude and enthusiasm for mechanics. We signed him up as our first year apprentice in 2023 after he had finished year 11. You’ll often see Ethan paired with Rob on jobs as he starts to learn the ropes of the marine & mechanical Industry.

After working in the Marine industry for a few years as a Deckhand, Charlie decided to take the plunge and peruse his new career path as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic. He has a love for the marine industry with experience as a Divemaster and has his MED2. In his spare time, you’ll catch Charlie on his boat fishing or exploring beautiful beachside towns with his family.
